  Carefully place your unworn garments with original packaging and tags into a secure mailing satchel.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
