What is your return policy on intimate apparel?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on items that are unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
How should I care for my Bendon garments?
To maintain the shape and delicate lace of your lingerie, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Always air dry in the shade and avoid tumble drying or ironing.
